Hardlock Updates
The BESA Hardlock contains the license information, i.e. the hardlock determines which program version and which BESA modules can be accessed. It also contains a possible expiration date of your BESA license. Changes to this information (e.g. after you purchased an upgrade or a new module) can be applied electronically using a Hardlock Update file. You can download the current update file for your hardlock here. If you encounter any problems, please contact support@besa.de.
Step 1: Enter your hardlock serial number
Please provide the serial number of your hardlock in the field below. The serial number is written on your hardlock label. Alternatively, you can find out the serial number by running the program 'HLTest.exe' in subfolder 'Utilities/Hardlock' of your BESA installation folder and press 'Search for Hardlocks' to display the serial number of the detected hardlocks. Examples for valid serial numbers are "2000-0293" or "B293X125" or "293".
